rapist, Di has often seen patients with bad backs or neck or with muscle weakness leading to symptoms, who wish to improve their fitness and get toned.
But they often attended large classes and have either been put off by the loud music or found their symptoms aggravated by exercises that were too hard or performed without appropriate supervision and correction relevant to their problem. So Pilates Therapy classes evolved, initially with patients having finished their physiotherapy treatments and still requiring some supervision, but now offering the pilates mind-body conditioning exercise programme with all its benefits to everyone.
